Even the worst case is a win

If a project fails but teaches you something valuable, it was never a loss. It was leverage.

It is easy to frame a shipped-but-unused product as a failure. But the architecture decisions, the debugging, the interface iterations — all of that stays, even after the product itself is gone.

Reframing the downside this way lowers the bar to actually start. If the worst case is still a lesson worth having, there is very little reason to wait for certainty before building.
