Documenting the process creates clarity, accountability, and long-term leverage beyond the product itself.
Writing about a decision while making it forces a level of clarity that thinking alone rarely does. It also leaves a trail that is useful later, both for others and for a future version of yourself who forgot the reasoning.
The product may change or disappear, but the documented thinking behind it keeps compounding.
