Growth is a daily routine, not a sprint
Real growth does not come from intense bursts, but from consistent daily actions repeated over time.
Sprints feel productive because they are visible and dramatic, but they are also fragile — one bad week and the momentum is gone. A daily routine is boring by comparison, and that is exactly what makes it durable.
The routine does not need to be ambitious. It needs to survive contact with a busy, ordinary week.
