Build for real usage, not ideal scenarios

The best products are not designed for perfect users. They are designed for real behavior, friction, and imperfect moments.

An ideal user follows the happy path, reads every label, and never gets interrupted. Real users are distracted, in a hurry, and inconsistent — and a product only earns trust once it holds up under those conditions.

Designing for the messy, real case from the start avoids a much larger rework later.
